room odor surface uncleaned

The location was fairly central. It allowed for easy access to many sites.

I encountered a problem with the room's cleanliness upon arrival. There was a noticeable odor, and some surfaces hadn't been properly cleaned, this affected the overall experience negatively.

spider webs pigeon droppings

The staff was attentive to my needs.

The room was not properly cleaned. I saw spider webs in the corner of the room. I also found pigeon droppings on the inside of the window frame.
